Payment Terms
- A 50% advance deposit is required to initiate any project.
- Remaining payments must be settled upon project completion or according to the agreed-upon schedule within 7 days of invoice receipt.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We facilitate payments through Payoneer. Clients can make payments via our secure payment links, which support a variety of global options including credit/debit cards and international bank transfers. Any applicable transaction or processing fees associated with the selected payment method are the responsibility of the client.
Project Timelines & Cooperation
- We commit to using our best efforts to deliver high-quality work.
- Clients are expected to provide necessary feedback, brand assets, and approvals in a timely manner to keep projects on schedule.
Cancellation of Services
- If you choose to cancel a project, you agree to reimburse ExplainerCue for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation.
Limitation of Liability
- While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee that our work will be entirely error-free.
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of business profits, arising from the use of our services.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these terms will be governed by the laws of Pakistan and settled within the jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
